This 60-minute session is $144 CAD, a small investment for the clarity, confidence, and calm you’ll walk away with.

Booking a call is easy! Just choose a time that suits you using my online calendar, and you’ll instantly receive a confirmation email with all the details.

On the day of our call, simply click the link in your email to join me on a video call. We’ll chat face-to-face (virtually) so I can answer your questions and help you move forward with confidence.

Your Questions Answered

Is the coaching session recorded?

Yes, but only if you want to keep the recording and rewatch the conversation later.

How much notice do I need to cancel the coaching session?

At least 24 hours in advance. If it’s less than 24 hours, a penalty of 50% of the session fee will be charged.
